Simon van Acht is a freelance UX Strategist who needed a new website. He had hired a designer and asked me to help with a new tone of voice and copy for his website.
My solution
First, we held sessions to figure out what Simon was looking for. Then, I drafted a tone of voice document and wrote all the texts for the website.
