De Zilveren Kruis Wijzer

Problem

Health insurance company Zilveren Kruis and Greenberry launched the De Vakantiedokter app in 2014. Holidaymakers received direct medical advice from the Netherlands. In 2020, Zilveren Kruis wanted to broaden the app’s scope. Not only questions from holiday destinations but anywhere and everywhere.

My solution

During my time at Greenberry, I contributed to the app’s renewal. I worked closely with a UX designer from Zilveren Kruis to adjust the entire interface for a broader audience. I wrote copy for the chatbot in the app and rewrote all texts according to Zilveren Kruis’s vision: bringing healthcare closer to people.
